My son ordered this beautiful arrangement by phone. He says they followed his requests very closely, even using a specific variety of purple rose that he knew I would love! The flowers were delivered the day before Mother's Day, as he asked. This is the third day, and the flowers are even more gorgeous than when I got them, as the purple iris and other flowers keep opening.
Mother's Day is probably the busiest weekend of the year for florists, yet Lucy's created a bouquet that was artistic and creative and to the customer's wishes -- as if they had all the time in the world! Thank you!

They are very accommodating. I ordered a blooming plant from their website for next day delivery. They didn’t have what I ordered but they called me and gave me something even prettier and more expensive than what I ordered at no extra cost. They were polite and enjoyable to work with. I loved how easy they were to get a hold and talk to. I will definitely order all my local deliveries from them from now on.
